All our products are hand made and will show a turn around time at checkout.
As we enter a new wedding season our turn around times have increased to 20 working day turn around - THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE DELIVERY. This means this is the time frame we give ourself to make your personalised orders. Our working days are Monday - Thursday and exclude public holidays and bank holidays. Any orders placed after 4pm start the working day the following business day (I.e if you place your order at 9pm your order won’t start processing until the following working day)
We advice to wait until the last working day for your dispatch email.
Delivery is 3-5 postal days from dispatch. Depending on the size of your order and location we use either APC courier or Royal Mail.
If the turn around time doesn’t suit when you require your order for PLEASE DO NOT ORDER. As we cannot cancel orders once they’ve been processed.
We cannot guarantee we can complete orders faster due to stock levels, and we are charged a refund fee with our bank.
Please check with us first if you need an order sooner and we will let you know if it’s possible.
